Accessibility Statement

Cherished Aromatic Living LLC teaches caregivers online, and caregivers come to this site tired, in a hurry, and often on a phone. We want the site to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or captions.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our practical standard, in the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We are not claiming perfection. We are claiming that accessibility is part of how we build and that we fix what we find.

What we do today

Pages use plain language and clear headings. Text can be resized in your browser without losing content. Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Links and buttons can be reached and used with a keyboard, and the focused item is visible. Colors are chosen for readable contrast, and we do not use script or decorative fonts for body text.

Known limits

Some parts of the site come from outside services, such as the scheduling calendar, the payment pages, and the community platform. We do not control their code. If one of those blocks you, write to us and we will help you complete the same task another way, by email or by phone.

Need something in another format?

Ask and we will send it. That includes a large-print or plain-text version of any free resource, a read-aloud walkthrough of a class, or help booking a session.

Email hello@cherishedaromaticliving.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within five business days and we tell you what we are doing about it. Your report is welcome, not a bother.
