Refund Policy

If something is not right, we would rather fix it than keep your money. Here is exactly how that works.

Digital products

All digital products, including downloadable PDFs and guides, are final sale. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on them.

Consultations

Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours we will reschedule once as a courtesy.

Events and classes

Paid classes are refundable up to 48 hours before the start time. If a class is cancelled by us, everyone registered is refunded in full.
